My journey as a Sales Professional
My passion is to help other sales professionals break out of the “numbers game” grind and start confidently converting 70% or more of your leads. Through content, coaching, and sales training workshops, I’ve shared this method with hundreds of sales professionals and sales managers - helping them to close more deals and increase profits.
I am a Yuma native, and began my career in sales immediately after graduating high school. I discovered pretty quickly that what I thought was a temporary job while I pursued my "real" career was something I enjoyed. So I changed course to pursue a career in selling. This began a journey that saw various stops along the way. Inside retail, telemarketing, high-ticket B2C retail, B2B medical, business services, and hospitality, to name a few. Each stop proved to be a valuable learning experience, and ultimately provided the lessons and material that went into creating this system.
The Sales PRO Method™ is a culmination of these lessons. I’ve used this process over the course of almost 15 years to sell at the highest level and train others to do the same. In my years as a Sales rep in the field, as a Regional Sales Manager, and as a Corporate Trainer I have seen way too many people get lured into sales by the promise of high commissions, uncapped earning potential, and the chance to achieve financial freedom. And while that is possible, the vast majority of sales professionals work long hours and earn inconsistent commissions. They are taught to use high-pressure, close-focused sales techniques that result in low conversion rates and little to no retention.
My passion is to help other sales professionals break out of the “numbers game” grind and start confidently converting 70% or more of your leads. Through content, coaching, and sales training workshops, I’ve shared this method with hundreds of sales professionals and sales managers - helping them to close more deals and increase profits.
When I’m not coaching salespeople, I’m probably coaching my kids’ soccer team, serving at church, or hanging out with my family being a goofy dad telling terrible jokes and making my wife roll her eyes.
