Born and raised in Yuma, Arizona, Deric Millis began his career in sales immediately after graduating high school. What he initially thought would be a temporary job ended up being the beginning of a rewarding career in sales. Over the course of 15 years, Deric has worked as a sales rep, a Regional Sales Manager, and a Corporate Sales Trainer.
The Sales PRO Method™ is a unique approach to ethical selling and persuasion that Deric has developed and implemented successfully in multiple industries including high-ticket B2C, solar, healthcare, business services, and hospitality. Through content, coaching, and sales training workshops, Deric has shared this method with hundreds of sales managers and sales professionals throughout Arizona and Southern California - helping them to close more deals and increase their profits in the process.
About Tab Pierce
After years of fruitful business growth, Tab found that a few poor business decisions would have colossal outcomes that threatened his once-strong business and made him question his self-worth. Professionally, it was overcoming the massive debt of nearly $750,000 owed to 18 different creditors. Personally, it was the new belief as a fraud, failure, and unworthy. As a result, depression, vulnerability, and fear were his constant companions. In despair and disbelief, he turned to a network of professionals to help get his business back on track. Amazingly, most gave the same advice, “shut your doors and walk away.” Only a select few believed it could be turned around and even fewer dove in to help.
